Who We Are
Community Based Activity Program (CBAP) is a multi-service, non-profit organization that began in 1990 to address the needs of local students with disabilities during the summer months. Since then, the program has grown from 16 to over 160 students and welcomes children of all ability levels.
Values
Our Philosophy is to build upon the child's strengths, develop high levels of self-esteem, develop leisure skills and positive attitudes, develop a readiness and willingness to attempt new activities, and the perspective to view challenges in life as opportunities for growth and learning.
